We've been having lots of fun with all types of winter/Christmas activities lately.

The live Nativity at a church close to our house. The girls loved the donkeys, goats, sheep, and getting to hold a pretend baby Jesus.

The cookies, hot chocolate, and coloring afterwards were a hit too!

Claire likes Uncle Scotts dog and we took advantage of a warm Saturday to go on a walk

The girls LOVED being outside and exploring the little river and paths by his condo

The kindergarten classes have the tradition of decorating gingerbread houses with a parent and Erin has been excited about it for weeks. I was happy to go with her too since I haven't really been able to do hardly any school activities since having Claire. They had all the supplies there and each kid could decorate any way they wanted to. It was so fun to see her creativity and excitement about making the house and snowman and christmas tree! Shes getting so old and independent!

My work had a Saturday morning where Santa came and the girls were super excited it! They thought it was just great that they got to see Santa at my work and will again at Shane's work later this week :) They had reindeer outside, little gifts they could pick from Santa, and of course getting a pic by Santa. I thought maybe Claire would cry but she was actually just super interested in his beard and kept pulling on it :)

They were very interested in writing Santa a letter and putting it in the mailbox.
